We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read our return policy below to understand the process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most beauty products.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals and tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

the following items are non-returnable:

  • Any opened products 
  • Opened or used skincare, haircare, or cosmetic products
  • Makeup items (unless defective or damaged)
  • Perfumes or fragrances once the seal has been broken
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: To start the return process, please email us at help@avwarm.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.
  2. Return Authorization: After receiving your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including any seals, tags, and receipts. If the item is damaged or defective, please take clear photos and send them along with your return request.
  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
  5. Processing Your Return: Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective beauty product, please contact us immediately (within 5 days of receiving your order). Send us an email with photos of the item(s) and the damage.
  • We will gladly send you a replacement or issue a full refund for the item(s) at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

  • We’re happy to offer exchanges if you need a different product, shade, or size (subject to availability).
  • Please follow the same return process and specify the exchange request when you contact us.
  • If you are exchanging for a different product, please note that the returned item must meet the return conditions (unopened and unused).

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

Processing Time

  • After we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Once processed, you’ll receive a notification regarding your refund or exchange status.
